LABRADOR RETRIEVER BREEDING PROGRAM Our breeding program is dedicated to producing Labradors that are both “Good in the house and Good in the field”. We have females that are from some of the best proven bloodlines available with an emphasis on calm, good looking, trainable and genetically clean dogs. Our females have normal hips certified by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals and their eyes have been examined by a board certified ophthalmologist to make sure that their eyes do not have any abnormalities. Our females are not kennel dogs but are hunted extensively as pheasant guide dogs at various hunt clubs, hunt wild pheasants, and retrieve many ducks during the season. Careful thought goes into the selection of a stud for our litters. The stud chosen must have all health clearances, be good looking, have excellent bloodlines, be fully trained, exhibit intelligence, have a high degree of trainability, personality to make a good family dog, be competitive in various venues, and be a good hunting companion. All of our puppies come with a full written 26-month health guarantee for hips and eyes. We offer professional training advice and help, plus a program covering obedience, trained retrieve, collar conditioning and quartering for those that desire a higher level of training.
